A clear account of what we access, why we use it and the choices you keep.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Amuletta Social and EON Weekly Pin Studio, together referred to as the “Service”. The Service is operated by Artifact Studio for EON Fine Jewelry. It helps authorized users plan, prepare, publish and evaluate Pinterest content.

2. Information we process

When you connect a Pinterest account, we may receive only the information permitted by the access scopes you approve, including Pinterest account and profile identifiers, boards, Pins and related metadata, authorized analytics and engagement information, OAuth access tokens, granted permissions and technical records needed for security and reliable operation.

We do not ask for or collect your Pinterest password.

3. How we use information

We use information solely to provide the Service to the person or business that authorized access. This may include connecting an account, displaying authorized Pinterest content, preparing or publishing Pins at the user’s direction, checking for repeated topics and evaluating content performance.

We do not sell Pinterest information, rent it, combine it with data from other people’s accounts or use it to target advertising outside Pinterest.

4. Pinterest data and storage

Except where Pinterest expressly permits retention, the Service does not permanently store information obtained through the Pinterest API. It requests current information from Pinterest when needed. Campaign analytics for an account may be retained only when permitted and only for the purposes described in this Policy.

Access tokens are kept confidential, used only to perform authorized actions and retained only while the account remains connected or as otherwise necessary to provide the Service.

5. Sharing

We do not share or sell information received from Pinterest to third parties. Limited technical providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, security or error monitoring, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of the Service and its users.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes stated here or to meet legal and security obligations. When you disconnect Pinterest, revoke access or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify stored personal information and invalidate applicable access tokens, unless retention is legally required.

7. Your choices and rights

You can revoke the Service’s Pinterest access from your Pinterest account settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.

8. Legal bases and international processing

Where applicable, we process information to perform a requested service, based on consent, to comply with law or for legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Service. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, least-privilege permissions and encrypted transmission. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Third-party services

Pinterest operates under its own Privacy Policy, Developer Guidelines and Developer and API Terms. This Policy does not control Pinterest’s own practices or other third-party websites.

12. Changes and contact
